• SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN. NO EXCEPTIONS

• YOUR PARTY IS SCHEDULED FOR 2 HOURS. If you would like to add additional time, please let your Party Coordinator know in advance (at least 2 week in advance). ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY TO YOUR EXTRA TIME. 

• IF YOU STAY PAST YOUR PARTY TIME YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO ADDITIONAL FEES.

• THERE IS NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED. NO ICE CREAM OR ICE CREAM CAKE ARE ALLOWED.  *NO EXCEPTIONS** FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN $100 FEE

• You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations for the tables and/or chairs; NO WALL DECORATIONS, PINATAS AND CONFETTI ARE ALLOWED.

• Our themed birthday packages include 20 dinner plates, 20 dessert plates, 20 cups, 20 napkins, and colored tablecloth. DISCLAIMER: After guest count reaches 20 children, themed birthday items will NOT be provided. Single themed birthday items cannot be individually purchased. Any additional children will have to use our provided generic happy birthday plates and napkins or white plates. 

• Set up and clean-up is included in every party, however, PARTY HOST WILL ONLY BE SERVING FOOD FOR THE CHILDREN, CUTTING CAKE, AND ASSIST IN REFILLING WATER PITCHER, COFFEE URN, AND CUTLERY. 

• PARTY HOST WILL NOT BE SERVING FOOD TO ADULTS AND/ OR PASSING OUT CAKE TO ADULTS. ONLY TO THE CHILDREN.

• Bumper cars will be fully charged at the start of your event. They run on battery and are subject to possible charging which may disable them during your event. The bumper car ride is for 1 minute & 30 seconds. 

• You may show up NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES prior to your scheduled Birthday Party time. If you show up after your schedule time we can’t compensate for the time or give you a discount. No exceptions.

• After your party enters the room, re-entry onto the ATTRACTIONS MAY BE PERMITTED BY CHILDREN ONLY IF THEY HAVE TIME REMAINING IN THE PARTY.

• Goody bags:  Kids must be present for goody bags.

• ONE coffee Urn for FREE. Extra Urn refill will be $4.99.

• WE ARE A PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ESTABLISHMENT. Parents or Guardians are fully responsible for watching their children while attending the party. 

• 40 PEOPLE MAX ARE ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY NOTE: IF YOU ARE OVER CHILDREN AND/OR ADULTS THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. 

• WE ARE A NUT-FREE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS

• NO WALK-IN PARTIES POLICY: All parties inside our facility MUST BE RESERVED THROUGH US. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

• We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Gratuities (Tips) are welcome

• Upon reserving your party there is a requirement of a $ 150.00 deposit. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Your deposit acknowledges that you accept our terms & conditions for your party, cancellation, and food policies.

•  If you would like to add additional time: 30 MINUTES IS $85.00 AND 1 HOUR IS $170.00 CHARGE. NOTE: Depending on the amount of parties we have that day WE CAN'T PROMISE ADDITIONAL TIME.

• If you would like your invitations mailed out it will be a $10.00 charge. Added to your bill

• All Beehive Birthday Packages are priced for 1 Birthday Child. Additional child will be a $50.00 charge. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

• To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF YOUR PARTY. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE.

• Inclement weather cancellation (Snow, Hurricane, etc.) are handled on a case to case basis and must be rescheduled to a day within 30 days of your original date. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE the new time/date will be like your original option. ANY PARTY THAT IS NOT RESCHEDULED WILL BE SUBJECT TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

Health and Safety Tips

• Every day we strive to make sure our park cleanliness and safety is up to the highest standards, we also would like parents and guardians to do their part.

• If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home.

• Any parent or child that experienced a fever 48 hours before, please stay home.

• Regular walk-in reservations that you wish to be part of your party will not be allowed, RESERVATIONS ARE RESERVED FOR GUESTS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY PARTY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY TO GUESTS attempting to work around health and safety regulations for social gatherings.

• ONCE SCHEDULED BIRTHDAY PARTY TIME IS OVER, ALL AFFILIATED WITH THAT PARTY IS REQUIRED TO LEAVE. 

• INDIVIDUALS WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 100 OR HIGHER WILL BE DENIED ENTRY AT THE DOOR.
